A Time To Be Thankful
Let me start by saying, this following article might be provocative for some audiences. Good.
When sitting at home on my balcony, or in my garden, tending to my tomatoes, I often think about my life, past and present experiences and for a long while now, there was uncertainty and fear mixed into my thoughts. Well, of course, look at the world in it’s current state.
But recently I embraced being thankful.
About everything (without being naive).
Let me share my thankfulness with you.
I am thankful for lockdowns and my personal isolation, because they helped me cut the cord to senseless consumation even more and made me aware of so many worthless distractions.
I am thankful for the fear of losing my business, because it pushed me more towards writing and securing other income streams.
I am thankful for all the politically injected garbage movies of the past years, because it made me read more old classics.
I am thankful for all the tough times heading our way, because it let’s me see the true color of people and their intentions (an “apocalypse” if you will).
