I'm totally with you on this. I like to imagine a large football stadion and then, all of a sudden, trucks come driving in and then they drop every dead animal I ever ate, every wrapping I ever threw away, every toilet paper I ever used and every poop I ever did all into the stadion. I then wonder how high the pile of crap would be and if I'm doing the best I can with my existance so that it's worth all of this?!

I've long opted out of mindles consumerism (digital and physical) and tend to live a life closer to nature, less loud, less overwhelmed with information and stuff to buy, own and manage. I enjoy great mental freedom and health and wish we could all get onto the same train with this.

But hey as long as the globalists push for cheap products to flood us consumers with it in ever shortening product cycles, there will still be many left that will not be able to withstand that onslaught and happily dig into hyper-consumerism.

The way back, back to nature and contemplation is the way forward. At least, that's what I believe.
